The Queensland Government, Townsville Hospital and Health Service, is seeking an EWE CN Facilitator to drive the Eat Walk Engage program across wards at Townsville University Hospital. You will apply evidence-based nursing leadership to improve outcomes for older patients and those at risk of delirium, mobility decline and hospital-acquired complications.
This role requires a Bachelor of Nursing, with leadership skills and a postgraduate qualification preferred.
