Remuneration: Highly competitive hourly rate (based on experience) + Service Van + Uniform

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and experienced Pool Technician to join our growing team servicing residential and commercial pools in the Carindale area.

You will be the face of our business on the road. In this role, you will manage an established service route, diagnose equipment issues, and ensure our clients' pools remain pristine and safe year-round.

Routine Maintenance: Perform water testing, chemical balancing, vacuuming, and brush cleaning.

Equipment Service: Diagnose, repair, and install pumps, chlorinators, filters, heaters, and robotic cleaners.

Troubleshooting: Identify and solve complex water quality issues and equipment faults.

Customer Service: Advise clients on best practices for pool care and recommend equipment upgrades.

Digital Logging: Maintain accurate logs of chemical levels, services, and parts via our service app.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:



Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Pool Technician (essential).

Knowledge: Sound understanding of water chemistry and equipment diagnostics, repairs and installations.

Licence: Valid Open QLD Driver’s Licence with a clean driving record.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and a friendly, skilled manner.

Fitness: Physically fit to handle outdoor conditions and lift pool chemical drums safely.

Qualifications: Cert III in Swimming Pool and Spa Service is highly regarded but not mandatory.
