We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Social Worker to provide high-level clinical expertise, leadership and person-centred support to individuals and families.

The Opportunity

Where you will be tasked with timely assessments and assistance with discharges within the Emergency Department. You will be supported by ongoing clinical and peer supervision, and supportive management.
