Join My Carers, where we provide compassionate and professional care to individuals in need. As a Residential Care Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by delivering high-quality support and assistance.

Responsibilities:

- Assess residents' individual needs and develop, implement and review personalised care and support plans.
- Provide ongoing care, supervision and guidance to residents in supported accommodation.
- Plan and implement programs that develop residents' independent living, social and daily living skills.
- Monitor residents' progress, evaluate support outcomes and maintain accurate care records.
- Coordinate with families, healthcare professionals and other support staff to ensure effective care delivery.
- Implement positive behaviour support strategies and maintain a safe and supportive residential environment.




- Support residents' participation in recreational, educational and community activities.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and relevant organisational policies.

Qualifications:
Education: Diploma in Community Services or equivalent.
Certifications: Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in residential or aged care support.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, and adaptability to diverse needs.

Salary & Contract:
Competitive salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year.
A secure full-time position based in Fairfield area, NSW.
