Jayco is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance & CI Manager to lead quality and drive practical improvements across Towables manufacturing operations. You will identify opportunities, challenge processes and lead changes that boost production flow and reduce waste.

Working with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain, you will turn opportunities into measurable results while guiding the Quality team to strengthen product quality and consistency.
