Regional Australia Bank is seeking a Customer Advisor for its Contact Centre in Current South Wales. The role covers phone and digital channel support for everyday banking, transactions, card/payments, digital banking, referrals, and awareness of scam/fraud.

Permanent, full-time with a 75-hour fortnight roster and a required Saturday morning shift. Based at Armidale, Port Macquarie, Lismore, or Warners Bay, with Queensland-style flexibility where possible.
