KBR is seeking a Global Tier 1 Service Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for end users globally. The role supports account administration, hardware, software, and access issues while following ITIL processes in a follow-the-sun environment.

The position is permanent, full time and located in Australia (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Sydney or Melbourne). Strong communication and customer service are essential to succeed.
