From our extensive menu featuring classics like Mongolian Beef and Sweet and Sour Pork to our welcoming venue, perfect for gatherings, we ensure an exceptional dining experience. Position Available:

Red Lantern Chinese Restaurant is hiring a FULL-TIME Waiter to join our team. Duties include: greeting and seating guests, taking food and drink orders, serving meals and beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area. Must be friendly, well-groomed, and a team player dedicated to providing genuine service.

Responsibilities: 1. Greets customers, guides them to tables,



and arranges seating in the dining area. 2. Presents menus, explains Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fries, fried rice, noodle dishes), and provides recommendations based on customer preferences.

3. Takes accurate food and beverage orders and relays them to the kitchen, while also handling takeaway orders from walk-in customers and delivery platform pickups. 4. Serves dishes, checks on customer satisfaction during meals, clears used plates and utensils, and resets tables for the next service. 5. Processes payments via cash or POS, and assists with packing takeaway and delivery orders to ensure completeness and quality.

6. Maintains cleanliness of the dining area and service stations, and ensures compliance with food safety and hygiene practices. Requirements: At least two years of relevant full-time experience.
