North Sydney | Hybrid Working | $140k + Super + 7.5% Bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join a global industrial organisation supporting hiring across the Asia Pacific region. With a well-established international footprint and a workforce of over 500 employees across APAC, this role will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction initiatives across Australia, New Zealand and Southeast Asia.

This is a standalone recruitment role partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes while helping shape talent acquisition strategy across the region. The position provides a great opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing APAC function.

Your new role
Reporting into the regional HR leadership team, you will:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for salaried and skilled positions across the APAC region.

- Partner with senior leaders, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.

- Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for current and future workforce needs.

- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle.

- Provide market insights, recruitment reporting and workforce planning support to business leaders.

- Manage agency relationships and external recruitment suppliers where required.

- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, systems and stakeholder engagement.





- Support onboarding activities and broader talent acquisition initiatives

What you'll need to succeed
We're looking for someone who can confidently operate in a standalone environment while building strong relationships across a geographically dispersed business.
You will bring:

- Proven end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and leaders.

- Strong sourcing, attraction and candidate management capabilities.

- A proactive, relationship-focused approach with excellent communication skills.

- Experience using ATS and HR systems (Taleo, Dayforce or similar is highly regarded).

- The confidence and maturity to influence, challenge and advise stakeholders when required.

- Previous experience recruiting across multiple locations or regions, ideally APAC.
