XCircle Pty Ltd XCircle is rapidly expanding its Neerabup and Wangara manufacturing facilities to meet growing demand for modular critical power infrastructure and AI data centre solutions. We are seeking two trade qualified Metal Fabricators (Boilermakers) to join our fabrication team on a full-time ongoing basis. The Role

As a trade qualified Metal Fabricator, you will mark out, cut, shape, fit up, weld and finish steel components to build skid bases, frames, enclosures and structural modules for our modular systems, working from engineering drawings and weld maps. Benefits What

Task & responsibilities Key Responsibilities Study engineering drawings, weld maps and specifications to determine job requirements Select, clean and prepare steel plate, sections and pipe Mark out and cut metal sections and shapes using hand tools, oxy/plasma cutting and metal cutting machines (saws, shears) Shape and bend metal sections, plate and pipe using hand and machine tools, including the press brake and heat where required Fit up,



align and tack components using hand tools and measuring instruments Join metal sections by welding (GMAW on solid and cored wire, in flat, horizontal and vertical positions to approved WPS), bolting and riveting, including structural members such as 530UB beams and 150x100 RHS rafters Examine welds for width of bead, penetration and precision, and rectify defects Grind, dress, finish and clean fabricated products ready for paint and assembly Maintain a safe, clean and organised work area in line with company and WHS standards Qualification & experience Requirements Trade qualification in metal fabrication or boilermaking (Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade or equivalent) Minimum 3 years hands-on metal fabrication experience Strong GMAW (MIG) skills on solid wire, with cored wire experience highly regarded Must be able to pass a 2F weld test in mild steel Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld maps Own welding helmet (Adflo) and own hand tools required Reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player
