ITALIAN GURUS PTY LTD is seeking qualified and experienced Cooks to join our team at ISCHIA ON BEAUFORT and ISCHIA ON CLAISEBROOK in Perth, Western Australia. Salary level: $79,000 to $85,000 About You – COOK:

- You will hold Certificate III in Hospitality – Commercial Cookery (essential) or higher and have at least 2 – 3 years’

experience.

- Chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, cooking dishes as instructed.




- Setting up stations, cleaning, and assisting with basic food safety
- Regulate temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipment.
- Prepare and cook food as per company specifications.
- Store food in temperature-controlled facilities.
- Clean and follow health and safety procedures.
- Self-motivated, creative, confident, and enthusiastic
- Be a team player.
