eShopping Group Pty Ltd The Product Growth Manager role has a focus on sourcing, scaling and optimising the performance of new and existing products. The goal is to find, negotiate and manage suppliers to ensure the business continues to grow through product expansion, optimising product choice, quality and profitability, product experimentation and product support for the wider team.

Task & responsibilities Source suppliers and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with quality and cost objectives. Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure long term partnerships.



Procure products that align with market trends and customer demand.

Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities to improve margins. Implement strategies to minimise costs Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure quality assurance. Stay updated on market trends, emerging suppliers and competitive pricing structures.

Assess new product opportunities and source channels to enhance the company’s product portfolio. Track and analyse supplier performance metrics Use data insights to make informed sourcing decisions and recommend process improvements.

Qualification & experience At least 2 years of experience as a Retail Buyer is essential About Company eShopping Group discovers products, develops brands and delivers products directly to consumers online, Australia-wide.
