Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: AUD $75,000 – $90,000 per year Work Location: In person

Our Client, Haveli Northlakes is a restaurant serving customers in North Lakes with a focus on quality food, attentive service and a welcoming dining experience. The business is committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness and efficient restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities:

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for: Planning menus in consultation with Chefs. Planning and organising special functions.

Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget. Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions. Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.





Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service. Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff. Taking reservations, greeting guests and assisting with taking orders where required.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and ensuring productive service. Qualifications and Experience The successful applicant will ideally have:

AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2). 1–3 years of relevant experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality management role. How to Apply
