- Take ownership of the general running of the restaurant;
- Manage the guest experience and service standards;
- Control ordering, food levels, stock management;
- Ensure food safety and WH&S; compliance;
- Create and implement local area marketing strategies to promote sales;
- Develop the team through coaching and training opportunities;
- Manage inventory and the financial aspect/s of the restaurant; and
- Have control of, and have accountability for overall quality, adherence to procedures and financial performance of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability.

Skills & Experience We appreciate experience comes in many shapes and sizes, what we mean specifically is:

- Qualifications in hospitality or management;
- 2+ years’ experience leading a team within a busy, high volume

hospitality environment

- Experience delivering exceptional customer service;




- Exceptional communication skills;
- Prior experience with achieving KPIs and driving profitability; and
- Qualifications : Food Safety Supervisor, Responsible Service of Alcohol, First
