Opportunity:
A busy dental practice in Moonee Ponds is looking for an experienced Dentist to join the team on Fridays and Saturdays.

Steady patient demand is already in place, so you start with a working book rather than building from scratch. There are no KPIs or production targets, just quality dentistry and the autonomy to treatment plan the way you see fit. The two day roster also suits a dentist looking to add days alongside an existing role.

Key Highlights:

- Steady patient demand from day one
- Full clinical autonomy with no KPI or production pressure
- Real scope for surgical extractions and endodontics
- Experienced clinical and admin team in place
- Friday and Saturday roster that leaves the rest of your week free

Location:
Moonee Ponds is a popular inner suburb about 6km from Melbourne’s CBD, with a robust local community and a diverse patient population. Puckle Street’s cafes and shops give the area a lively village feel, and train and tram lines run straight into the city. It is an inner city base without the parking headaches of the CBD.

About You:
You have at least 3 years of experience in general dentistry, current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights. You work confidently and independently across a broad scope and communicate well with patients and the team. Experience in surgical extractions and endodontics is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver general dental care to an established patient base
- Diagnose and treatment plan with confidence
- Explain treatment options clearly and uphold high ethical standards
- Use your full scope across surgical and endodontic work where suitable
- Work with the clinical and admin team to keep the day running smoothly
