A proud second generation family business, the company is 51-100 employees robust. Role Overview Due to continued high customer demand, our Welshpool facility requires trade qualified 1st Class CNC Machinists who understand the importance of efficiency, quality and safety. Key Duties
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine specifications
- Calibrate, setup, programme and operate CNC lathes, mills and other metal shaping machinery to produce parts consistent with drawings, specifications and tolerances.
- Check final output dimensions using fine tolerance metrology instruments
Minimum Requirements
- Trade Qualified 1st Class machinist, good CNC programming experience.
- Valid right to work in Australia, OR Trade qualified and confident of passing a Trade Assessment to meet requirements of an appropriate working Visa.
- Good English language skills (written & verbal).
Previous experience with OCTG drilling and Premium thread technology using Mazak or Similar CNC equipment is vital to success in this role. Additional Information & Benefits Bossong Engineering provides 17.5% Leave loading for 4 weeks per year Annual Leave, with additional Overtime regularly available. Bossong Engineering operates from a modern workshop, conveniently located in central Welshpool, Western Australia.
