We are excited to announce an opening for a customer specific National Transport Manager position as part of our vibrant Sydney office! The position is based at Arndell Park in Western Sydney.

Your purpose:

- Direct Line Management of the Implant Team

- Identifying areas for improvement, and driving change both internally & externally

- Assist with the development & training of existing and new team members

- Ensure the operational staff deliver efficiencies

- Complete end-to-end customer service functions, including liaison with relevant GEODIS offices, both locally, Interstate and overseas

- Work with the Key Account Manager & Business unit Manager to create and implement strategies Build and maintain internal operational SOP’s where/when necessary.

- Maintain & streamlining processes

- Lead & organise Customer meetings (de-brief + focus items for the week ahead)

You'll bring:





- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Supply Chain and Operational Supervision

- Proven financial knowledge and experience

- Project people management skills

- Cargowise experience

- Sales and commercial understanding

- Operational knowledge

- Analytical and negotiation skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Passion, initiative and drive to continuously develop and service clients with creativity and innovation

- Knowledge of the Australia business and logistics market
