Demonstrated hands-on skills (carpentry, mechanical, general maintenance, or groundskeeping highly regarded).
Remote Experience: Experience living or working in remote First Nations communities, with deep cultural respect and adaptability, is highly regarded.
Leadership & Mentorship: A supportive, grounded approach to leading teams and mentoring individuals.
Certifications: Current Manual Driver License, NT Ochre Card (or ability to obtain), and First Aid Certificate.
