We are a single surgeon Specialist Plastic Surgery practice looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our small team.

The practice offers aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery to our patients, many of whom travel interstate or internationally to have surgery with Dr Campbell-Lloyd.

We are looking for a front-of-house team member who will join us to provide exceptional patient care, and who understands the commitment our patients make, and trust they place in Dr Campbell-Lloyd and his team.

The role will be supervised by the Practice Director with a requirement to communicate directly with Dr Campbell-Lloyd to provide personalised assistance.

The role will be offered as casual (Monday to Friday) with no weekends or evenings. Hours can range from 15-30/hrs per week.

The role requires a strong understanding of Medicare and ECLIPSE claiming.



Our practice performs medically-necessary and cosmetic surgery and an understanding of the differences between these procedures and the impact on claiming is essential.

You will be required to display an understanding of the functionality of medical practice software. Our practice uses Clinic to Cloud, and it is advantageous to your application if you have experience with this software or similar cloud-based platforms. We offer telehealth services to our traveling patients, and an understanding of telehealth principles will be viewed positively.

Cybersecurity awareness is essential. Our practice is paperless and the position requires a robust understanding of password protection processes and 2-FA.

The hourly pay rate will be negotiated on the basis of your experience and capability. Start date is negotiable.

A high fit candidate may be considered to progress from casual to permanent part time after completing a 6 month probation period.
