Our client is an ANZ software company developing Health and Safety software solutions. Their unique combination of best-of-breed software solutions is well known with many reference sites. They market directly to accounts including Residential and Commercial construction, Body Corporates, Property Management, Agricultural, Retail, Mining, Health and Government.

The Company’s development team adapts their product based on customer feedback and need. Their product covers a broad range of functionality which they are continuously improving, fine-tuning, and perfecting. Their focus is to have satisfied customers wanting to and using their products.

They wish to hire an creative and results-driven Software BDM who will be responsible for owning revenue growth across Australia. With a focus on selling the company’s SaaS platform to SMB and Mid-Market clients. Success in this role requires strong multitasking ability, with the expectation of managing a high volume of activity,



often running 3–4 product demos per day while simultaneously advancing multiple deals through the pipeline.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, professional, articulate, well-presented, SaaS salesperson with a minimum of 5 years’ demonstrable success achieving targets. You will have sold to SMB and mid-markets, have strong discovery, demonstration, presentation, and negotiation skills. And worked remotely in a small business setting without the support systems or structured processes of larger companies. Ideally, you will have sold Health & Safety, Construction or Field‑Service software.
