About the role

As a Senior Stylist at Eco Organic Hair, creating beautiful Hair to our loyal Clientele is our number one priority…

We are busy Salon which is predominantly Colour focused, so we are looking for someone confident and competent in all aspects of Foiling, Balayage and Colour Correction… But also great with Cutting...

Casual position 3-4 days per week based in our Cotton Tree, QLD location.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a range of exceptional cut, colour and styling services to clients based on their individual needs.

2. Maintaining a high level of technical skills and keeping up to date with the colouring techniques

3. Providing guidance and mentorship to junior stylists to help develop their skills

4. Actively contributing to the overall success of the salon through excellent customer service

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified hair stylist

2. Formal hairdressing qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Hairdressing)

3. Extensive knowledge in colouring, cutting and styling techniques

4. Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience

5.



Robust time management and organisational skills to juggle multiple clients

6. A genuine passion and focus for the hair industry
