? Warragul, VIC
? Casual opportunities | Monday–Friday | Shifts between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm

? Big smiles. Little adventures. Endless possibilities!

Do you believe that childhood should be filled with laughter, curiosity, muddy puddles, messy masterpieces, magical stories and moments that make you smile long after the day ends?

Do you love watching a child discover something for the very first time, hearing their excited little voices, and knowing that you have made a real difference in their world?

Then we want YOU on our team! ?

At Warragul Primary Early Learning Centre, we are looking for passionate, caring and enthusiastic qualified early childhood professionals who bring energy, creativity and heart into everything they do.

We want educators who don't just watch children play — they get down on the floor, join the adventure, ask big questions, encourage brave little steps and turn everyday moments into extraordinary learning experiences!

Whether you're passionate about creative arts, outdoor adventures, storytelling, sensory play, building friendships or helping children develop confidence, we want you to bring your unique personality and passion to our centre.

- What does an amazing day look like?

Imagine helping children build a magnificent block tower, creating colourful masterpieces, exploring the outdoors, dancing like nobody is watching, discovering the wonders of nature and celebrating those little milestones that mean EVERYTHING.

No two days are the same, and that's the beauty of early childhood education!

You'll have opportunities to:

- Create fun, engaging and meaningful play-based learning experiences.

- Encourage children's imagination, independence and curiosity.

- Build genuine connections with children, families and fellow educators.

- Help every child feel safe, included, confident and valued.

- Celebrate the big achievements and the tiny victories that make childhood special.

- Work collaboratively with a team that shares a commitment to children's wellbeing, learning and development.

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for qualified educators who bring warmth, enthusiasm, creativity and a genuine love of working with children.

We are currently welcoming applications from:

Significant: Applicants must have completed one of the qualifications listed above. We are not recruiting applicants who are currently working towards a qualification for these positions.

What makes you the right fit?

- Bring positive energy, creativity and enthusiasm to the room.

- Understand that play is powerful and every child deserves to feel they belong.

- Are caring, reliable, flexible and happy to work as part of a team.

- Value child safety, active supervision and children's wellbeing above all else.

- Enjoy building respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues.

- Believe that every child deserves the opportunity to shine.

You don't need to be the loudest person in the room. You just need to care, contribute, and be ready to make a difference.
