NDIA is seeking an EL1 Process Improvement Specialist in Australia to lead complex process improvements across Service Design functions. You will manage team performance, coordinate contractors, and represent the NDIA in forums to advance organisational interests.

Key duties include current-state process mapping, time and motion studies, end-user engagements, data-driven recommendations, and team-oriented solution design with cross-functional teams.
