Montefiore is seeking a Floating Executive Care Manager to oversee quality care across campuses and cover managers' leave. This permanent, full time leadership role requires clinical and operational expertise within a well-resourced aged care setting.

You will lead an inter-disciplinary team, drive quality improvement, and work on special projects under the General Manager’s guidance to uphold our person-centred care values.
