The French Beauty Academy in Parramatta is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader to boost campus operations on a full time basis. This on-campus role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, starting January, to ensure a smooth student journey and exceptional client service.

You will lead the existing customer experience team, greet clients, handle phones, oversee admin tasks, and support staff development while upholding high standards of organisation and communication.
