About the Role

We are currently looking for an Australian-based Resident Director for one of our clients operating in the e-commerce and retail sector.

This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule and minimal expected workload.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the company's appointed Resident Director in Australia.
- Support corporate and administrative matters as required.
- Assist with company-related documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Australian corporate regulations.
- Coordinate with the company's management team when necessary.

Requirements:

- Currently residing in Australia.
- Legally authorized to work in Australia.
- Valid Australian Tax File Number (TFN).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Law,



or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in management, business administration, or corporate governance would be an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable, responsible, and available for occasional administrative tasks.
