Looking for a senior security role with variety, responsibility and the opportunity to work across multiple sites? Securecorp is looking for experienced and reliable Senior Relieving Officers to support our Sydney operations.

We are seeking professional, adaptable and customer-focused Senior Relieving Officers to provide security coverage across multiple retail sites, including Penrith, Hornsby, Sydney CBD, Bankstown and Chatswood.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities As a Senior Relieving Officer, you will play an important role in maintaining consistent security operations across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing security coverage across allocated sites to meet operational requirements, including planned and unplanned absences.
- Working across multiple locations and adapting to different site procedures,



client expectations and operational environments.
- Maintaining a professional security presence and delivering high standards of customer service.
- Conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV and access control systems, and responding to incidents as required.
- Managing security incidents, emergencies and escalations calmly and professionally.
- Building positive working relationships with clients, site teams, colleagues and members of the public.
- Completing accurate incident reports, site documentation and handover records.
- Following all company policies, site-specific procedures, work health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.

What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current NSW Security Licence.
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Previous security experience, with experience in senior, supervisory or multi-site roles highly regarded.
- Excellent communication, customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- A high level of professionalism, reliability and initiative.
- The ability to learn new site procedures quickly and work independently across different locations.
- Flexible availability and a genuine commitment to working across multiple sites, including Penrith, Hornsby, Sydney CBD, Bankstown and Chatswood.
- The ability to work a roster that meets operational requirements, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Flexibility with start and finish times.
- Reliable transport and the ability to travel between allocated sites.
