Prepare high-quality briefings, Ministerials, Cabinet submissions, speeches and documents for parliamentary processes for the Minister and CEO.
Support the organisation in its engagement in inter- and intra-jurisdictional committees and other intergovernmental processes.
Work with third-party organisations to develop data-sharing agreements under section 185 of the Return to Work Act 2014 and internal governance policies.
Ensure complaints are investigated and resolved transparently, impartially and consistently in accordance with legislation and policy.
Resolve service and communication issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure worker, employer and provider concerns are heard and addressed responsively, empathetically, fairly and promptly.
