BY Group is seeking a Safety Advisor to oversee workplace health and safety across multiple active construction projects in NSW. You will ensure works comply with legislative requirements, contractual obligations, and BY Group’s WHS systems, while actively promoting a solid safety culture on site.

You will conduct site audits, lead incident investigations, develop WHS documentation, and coach teams to meet obligations.
