Civeo Australia seeks an experienced Head of Employee Relations to provide national ER/IR leadership across operations, sites and corporate functions. Based in Sydney or Brisbane, you will be a trusted expert advising operational leaders, People Partners and Legal on complex ER matters and EB planning.

You will shape IR strategy, governance and risk controls while coaching leaders to lift capability and ensure consistent workplace relations across a multi-site setting.
