ACCORD CARE is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to assist a participant in Redbank Plains, Queensland with complex diabetes management, mental health support and behaviours of concern. You will monitor blood glucose, administer insulin where trained, and follow diabetes care plans while providing compassionate, person-centred care.
