OTR Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative on the Gold Coast to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a rapid-paced retail setting. You will help keep the store clean, stocked and welcoming, while assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases.

The role requires the ability to work alone or in a team, stand for long periods, and handle flexible hours including weekends. You will have opportunities to learn about our extensive range of products and promotions.
