Macquarie University Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join The Orthopaedic Institute, Ward 5, on a permanent full time basis. You will deliver specialist orthopaedic surgical care within Australia’s only university-owned academic hospital, applying advanced risk assessments and evidence-based practices.

The role requires flexibility to work a rotating roster across all days, including weekends, with strong clinical judgement and a proactive, team‑oriented approach.
