City of Geelong is seeking a Casual Learn to Swim Coordinator to support day-to-day coordination of the Learn to Swim program, assist teachers, organise class allocations and ensure a secure, positive experience for children and families participating in aquatic education.

The role includes rostering staff, monitoring teacher performance and handling administrative tasks such as pool bookings and squad groups.
