JLE Group in Newcastle, NSW, is seeking an experienced Electrical Workshop Manager to lead a high‑calibre workshop team on major construction, renewables and data centre projects. You will oversee project planning, budgets, forecasts and resource planning to deliver secure, on‑time outcomes.

Based in Newcastle, you will drive quality, profitability and client satisfaction while maintaining strong document control and cross‑functional collaboration with engineers and estimators.
