Lyra Technology Group is seeking an IT Support Engineer, Level 2, to join in Melbourne. The role combines on-site presence and remote work, with 1–2 days onsite as required. You will resolve Tier 2 issues, support hardware and networking, and liaise with clients across multiple sites.

A proactive, communicative professional with MSP experience will thrive. The position offers flexibility between WFH and 1–2 onsite days, travel as needed, and opportunities for growth within a team-oriented Client
