Want to make an impact beyond the front desk? As a hands on, commercially minded Reception Supervisor at World Gym Bibra Lake, you’ll shape the welcome members receive, lead the team they rely on and bring fresh energy to our Pro Shop and Barbell Cafe.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Make the Pro Shop & Barbell Cafe yours

• Take the lead on daily operations, sales and presentation across both spaces.

• Turn product know-how into helpful recommendations and stronger retail sales.

• Coach your team towards retail KPIs and spot opportunities for promotions and product launches.

• Build expertise in supplements, nutrition, apparel and equipment, and help members find what works for them.

• Keep displays, stock and Barbell Cafe products looking their best and meeting World Gym standards.

Bring out the best in your team

• Lead and develop the reception and retail team, sharing your skills in sales, products, service and systems.

• Set clear goals, celebrate progress and give regular, practical feedback.

• Make sure the Pro Shop and Barbell Cafe have the team coverage to deliver a great experience.

Make every visit count

• Get to know members,



create a welcoming front-of-house experience and offer recommendations that suit their fitness goals.

• Help members confidently explore the Pro Shop and Barbell Cafe, and handle enquiries or concerns with care.

Keep the club running smoothly

• Balance membership enquiries and reception tasks with transactions, reporting, stock and ordering.

• Partner with the Club General Manager on promotions, retail and cafe standards, and ways to improve the club experience.

About You

You enjoy bringing people together, finding the right solution for a customer and seeing your ideas translate into results. You’ll feel at home here if you bring:

• Experience in retail, sales, hospitality or supervision, and confidence working towards sales targets.

• A knack for coaching others and connecting with members through genuine, helpful service.

• An interest in supplements, nutrition and fitness products; you’re keen to keep learning.

• Clear communication, commercial awareness and an organised approach to stock and daily operations.

• Enthusiasm for fitness and customer service. Fitness industry experience is welcome, but isn’t essential.
