Senior Interior Designer

Overview

A great opportunity for a talented Senior Interior Designer to join the BrandWorks family in our Jakarta and Australia offices. The role requires full time collaboration across a diverse range of projects, creating interior concepts, selecting furniture & finishes, documenting, liaising with suppliers and working closely with the branding team to produce signage and wayfinding.

Responsibilities

- Run own projects and report to the head of interiors.
- Create and execute interior design concepts.
- Meet and liaise with clients.
- Build designs in 3D and create finish palettes.
- Document and execute designs and assist in construction administration.
- Maintain and update the office finishes library.
- Assist with all things FFE specifying—creating finish boards, ordering samples, researching innovations.
- Travel to Jakarta, Bali, Sydney and Melbourne offices as needed.

Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design,



Interior Architecture or Architecture (essential).
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with hospitality design as a must.
- High technical proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Google Sketchup.
- Experience with 3D rendering (Twin Motion or V-Ray) is advantageous.
- Portfolio showcasing experience as an interior designer, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Knowledge and experience with FFE design and finishes for hospitality fit-outs.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa; strong attention to detail and planning skills.
