Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager to lead clinical care across our Queensland homes and to enhance residents' wellbeing. Reporting to the head of the home, you will steer care teams, drive quality care, and ensure compliant, efficient clinic operations.

You will train carers, manage budgets, and develop clinical programs while upholding our compassionate, ethical values. This is a community-focused role with robust leadership support for you and your team.
