Westpac is seeking a Principal AI Engineer - Agent Ops to shape how AI is built, deployed and operated at scale. You’ll lead shared AI platform products, make complex design decisions across API, data and platform layers, and mentor engineers to lift capability across squads.

This hybrid role covers Sydney, Warrane, Gadigal Country or Melbourne, Naarm, with flexibility to consider other locations by agreement.
