You will drive improvements across three production lines, partnering with Production, Maintenance, QA, Warehouse and Logistics, and site leadership to optimise manufacturing.
You’ll work on a mix of automated and manual processes, tailoring solutions to people and equipment while building buy-in and sustaining change.
