Role-Transformation Architect

Location: Brisbane, Queensland

Role Overview

The Transformation Architect is responsible for defining and governing the enterprise-wide transformation architecture across healthcare, aged care, and enterprise platforms. The role ensures alignment of business strategy with technology delivery, driving integrated solution design, operating model transformation, and successful implementation across the full Systems Integration lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Transformation Architecture

- Define target architecture aligned with business and digital transformation goals.
- Develop transformation roadmaps across healthcare, aged care, and enterprise systems.
- Align solutions with enterprise architecture, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic guidance on integration, data, and platform evolution.

2. Demand, Solution & Design Governance
- Lead solution conceptualisation and architecture governance for new initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with integration standards and target operating models.
- Oversee detailed solution design including process,



integration, and data flows.
- Validate architecture compliance before design and build phases.

3. Delivery & Integration Oversight
- Ensure architectural integrity across build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Guide integration patterns across clinical, aged care, and enterprise systems.
- Oversee data migration strategies and system interoperability.
- Support testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and performance validation.

4. Healthcare & Aged Care Solutions Leadership
- Provide domain architecture oversight for clinical, hospital, and aged care systems.
- Ensure solutions support patient care, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Align healthcare applications with regulatory and data governance requirements.
- Support workflow optimisation and user experience improvements.

5. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory frameworks.
- Enforce data residency and information protection requirements.
- Support risk identification, mitigation, and architecture governance boards.
- Ensure alignment with project governance and stage-gate processes.

6. Operating Model & Change Alignment
- Define Target Operating Model aligned with transformation strategy.
- Support organisational change management and business readiness.
- Align processes, roles, and technology for future-state operations.
- Drive adoption and stakeholder alignment across business units.

7. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Identify optimisation opportunities across enterprise applications.
- Promote reusable architecture and standardisation.
- Capture lessons learned and improved delivery frameworks.

Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture or transformation roles
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, or regulated environments
- Strong knowledge of integration, cloud, and data architecture
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and governance experience
