- Leading the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the showroom.

- Ensuring a seamless customer journey from consultation through to installation and follow-up.
- Overseeing inventory, order management, supplier coordination and showroom presentation.
- Building robust relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-energy team culture.
