The successful applicant/s will have excellent attention to detail, a pleasant telephone manner, be able to communicate with clients, confident with ipads and computers and be well presented. Previous experience in a similar role would be well regarded but is not essential.

There is variety within the role, taking orders through picking and packing stage including dealing with sales representatives and customers special requirements. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Picking and packing orders of small light goods
- Invoicing and dispatch of orders
- Working with ipads and computers
- Assisting with Answering phones
- Unpacking and storing goods inwards
- Taking card payments over the phone

A small friendly team is responsible for designing, distributing and organising the production of a leading range of fashion optical and giftware products.

We welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with solid work ethics and the desire to become part of a small team.

25-30 hours per week - between the hours of 8:00am and 3:00pm each day although this can be adaptable. Additional hours available in busy period.
