The Star Sydney is seeking a Commis Chef to join our Commissary Kitchen. Work closely with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume setting delivering prep, production and service-ready items.

We value precision, creativity and safety, with a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends and public holidays. Full Australian working rights are essential.
