TJM Geelong is growing, and we're looking for an experienced 4WD Accessory Fitter to join our team! We're not just fitting accessories — we're helping customers build their dream 4WDs, ready for touring, towing, work and adventure. From suspension upgrades to complete touring setups, you'll get involved in a excellent variety of projects.
What You'll Be Working On
- Bullbars, winches and recovery equipment.
- Suspension upgrades and lift kits.
- Snorkels, roof racks, trays and canopies.
- Dual-battery systems and electrical accessories.
- Touring and towing setups.
- A wide range of 4WD accessories and custom fit-outs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience fitting 4WD accessories — ideally 1–2 years or more.
- Someone who knows their way around a 4WD and aftermarket accessories.
- Pride in quality workmanship and getting the job done right the first time.
- A reliable, switched-on team player who can also work independently.
- Someone who takes initiative, solves problems and wants to keep developing their skills.
- Current driver's licence and ability to drive manual vehicles
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
