About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on and adaptable All-Rounder to join our team at Aussie Fitness Equipment.

This is a varied role across our business, with responsibilities spanning warehouse duties, order fulfilment, deliveries, gym equipment installations and showroom support. No two days will necessarily be the same. You could be unpacking new stock, preparing customer orders, delivering and installing gym equipment or assisting customers in the showroom.

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and is happy to jump in wherever needed. You'll be an important part of our small team, helping keep things organised and running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Receive, unload and unpack incoming stock and equipment
- Organise and maintain a clean, safe and efficient warehouse
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch or collection
- Coordinate shipments and assist with freight bookings
- Assist with deliveries and installations of gym equipment at residential and commercial locations
- Assemble equipment and assist with gym setups using appropriate tools
- Move and organise stock across the warehouse and showroom
- Assist customers and support showroom sales when required
- Help with stocktakes and general duties as needed




- Work with the team to ensure orders and daily tasks are completed efficiently

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Practical, hands-on and comfortable using tools
- Physically capable of handling and moving gym equipment safely
- Organised, adaptable and attentive to detail
- Friendly and confident communicating with customers
- Proactive and happy to take on a variety of tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in warehousing, deliveries, equipment assembly, installations, trades or customer service is highly regarded.

A current driver’s licence is essential. A forklift licence is an advantage.

An interest in fitness is a bonus, but a positive attitude, practical ability and willingness to learn are most important.

Hours & Availability

This is a casual position, with hours to be discussed based on business needs and availability. Flexibility is important, as responsibilities and priorities will vary from day to day.
