We’re looking for confident and capable Support Workers to join a dedicated team supporting a young man living in a SIL setting in Seven Hills .

This is a 2:1 support environment where your ability to build rapport, maintain boundaries and provide consistent, person-centred support will make a genuine difference.

About the role

The role involves supporting with:

- Personal care and daily living activities
- Community access and participation
- Positive behaviour support strategies
- Building independence and capacity
- Incident reporting and documentation
- Supporting engagement in activities, including sport and physical activities
- Maintaining a safe, structured and supportive environment

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking Support Workers who are:

- Confident supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours of concern
- Calm and composed under pressure




- Able to establish clear boundaries while maintaining a positive relationship
- Strong communicators who work well as part of a team
- Person-centred and focused on building independence and skills
- Comfortable supporting personal care and community access
- Physically active and happy to participate in sporting and recreational activities
- Experienced with behaviour support strategies and incident reporting

Experience with restrictive practices is highly regarded, particularly where participants have restricted access to certain items or environments.
