The Lookout Way Pty Ltd. is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead the People function on a part time basis (20 hours per week).

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, performance, remuneration, recognition, employee relations and offboarding, while partnering with leaders to drive culture and employee experience. This hands-on role offers autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to improve processes and systems across the business.
