In This Role, You’ll

- Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
- Support children’s development, learning, and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with educators and centre leadership
- Contribute to continuous improvement and high-quality educational outcomes

About Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street

- Warm and welcoming 75-place centre located in a quiet residential neighbourhood
- Caring for children from 6 weeks to school age
- Play-based curriculum inspired by the Early Years Learning Framework

About The Role

As an Educator at Goodstart Nambour – Doolan Street, you'll become a valued member of our team, working alongside Senior Educators, Teachers,



and our Educational Leader to create meaningful learning experiences that support children's growth, wellbeing, and development.

You’ll help foster safe, inclusive, and engaging environments where children feel supported, empowered, and inspired to learn.

What you’ll bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via the Geccko platform
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
- Commitment to creating positive outcomes for children and families
